Freddy has 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and loan origination and expertise in underwriting methodologies and processes. He has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland University College and a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University.
Chinya Harleston
Technology Director
Chinya is the founder of Sentinel Technology Solutions. He is a seasoned IT consultant with over 27 years of experience as an engineer, lead consulting systems architect, senior technical program manager and executive. Chinya has in depth knowledge of Africa’s infrastructure challenges gained from his time as a senior mine planning engineer in Sierra Leone. He is currently the program manager for one of the US Postal Services largest projects.
Kevin Kingsley-Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin is the Controller and CFO at ASW Steel a premier specialty steel-making facility in Canada. He is both a CPA and a CGA with extensive Canadian and International work experience. Kevin was a corporate accounting manager at General Mills and became the Controller for Jarden Consumer Solutions for nearly 8 years. Prior to moving to Canada, Kevin was CFO at Meriden Bank in Gambia for four years and also spent several years as audit manager at KPMG with responsibility for statutory audits and consulting assignments in several countries across West Africa.
